摘要
以T300/BMP316复合材料层合板为研究对象,开展了含预制分层层合板的静拉伸试验及静强度预测方法研究。通过试验获得含预制分层层合板的拉伸剩余强度。基于三维逐渐损伤分析方法,采用双层节点法模拟初始分层,建立了含分层复合材料层合板的静载逐渐损伤分析模型,静强度预测误差在5%以内。采用所建立的方法对分层处于不同层间位置的含分层层合板的拉伸剩余强度进行预测,分析了此种层合板的分层危险层间位置。
Taken T300/BMP316 composite laminates as study object,the static tensile testsand the predicting method of static strength of laminates with initial delamination was carried out.The residual tensile strength of composite laminates with initial delamination was obtained by experiments.Based on the three-dimensional progressive damage analysis method and simulating the initial delamination by two-layer node method,the static load progressive damage analysis model of composite laminates with initial delamination was established.Compared with the test results,the predicting error of static strength was less than 5%.By the established method,the residual tensile strength of composite laminates with initial delamination at different interlayer positions was predicted and the dangerous interlayer position of laminates was analyzed.
