摘要
为解决高温环境条件下的电子机箱散热问题,设计了一种基于风机盘管散热技术的方案,通过降低环境温度的方式有效改善产品使用效能。围绕该方案进行了详细的结构设计和热设计,通过热仿真分析及冲击强度分析对设计方案进行了验证,满足设计要求。
To solve the problem of electronic chassis cooling under high temperature environment,a design scheme based on fan-coil cooling technology was proposed,whose aim was to reduce the ambient temperature to improve the use efficiency effectively.With the scheme,structural design and thermal design in detail were carried out.Verified by thermal simulation and impact strength analysis,the design requirements were met.
