摘要 为了在CATIA上创建杠杆加载系统组件库,实现根据连接关系自动生成杠杆加载系统及相关调整功能,在研究组件库创建、调用过程的基础上,提出基于CAA技术的组件参数化建模方法,使用RADE技术开发了相应可视化建模软件。应用实例表明,软件界面友好,操作简单,只需输入杠杆布置基本参数和数据文件,即可完成杠杆加载系统的参数化建模,实现了杠杆加载系统参数化设计与方案展示。 In order to create the component library of lever loading system on CATIA and to realize automatically generating lever loading system according to the connection relationship and related changing components based on the study of the process of creating and calling component library,the parametric modeling method of each component based on CAA was put forward and the corresponding visual modeling software using the RADE was developed.The tests show that the software interface is friendly with simple operation.By means of merely inputting the basic parameters and data files of the lever arrangement,the parametric modeling of the lever loading system can be completed,and the parametric design and scheme display of the lever loading system are able to be realized as well.
