摘要
针对汽车生产的喷涂车间存在的各种问题,结合MES系统的运行特点,分析喷涂车间的系统需求,阐述喷涂的工艺流程和业务流程。从体系架构、功能模块组成和其他软硬件的集成进行分析。从数据传输、现场监控和生产调度3个方面对系统关键技术进行设计,该系统有效地解决了车间生产和管理方面的问题,提高了车身喷涂作业效率。
To adress the problems existing in the current spray workshop of automobile production,the system requirements of the spray shop,by combining the operating characteristics of the MES system,were analyzed with the elaborations of spraying and business processess.Spray MES was studied in the fields of architecture,functional module composition and integration with other software and hardware.The key technologies of the system were designed in the aspects of data transmission,field monitoring and production scheduling.The system proves to be effective in solving production and management problems and efficient in body spray operation.
