摘要 为满足超深井钻机快速搬家的要求,研制了JC90DB一体式钻井绞车,分析了绞车的关键技术及主要承载件受力情况,完成出厂及现场试验。该绞车结构紧凑、尺寸小、质量轻,适用于钻台高位布置,为9000 m超深井拖挂钻机的研制奠定了基础,实现了超深井用大功率绞车的一撬式吊装,自动送钻提升载荷大,满足中东地区用户的使用需求;其中集成一体式减速箱的设计和电气控制技术的应用,大大减少了底座管线布置,维护保养更为方便,通过更换侧板和槽体可用直径为45和42 mm两种规格的钻井钢丝绳,增强了滚筒体的通用性;厂内与现场试验结果验证了绞车设计的合理性,可适应海洋、沙漠及寒冷环境下的施工作业。该产品的成功研制可以为超深井钻机轻量化设计提供技术借鉴。 In order to meet the requirements of fast moving of drilling rig,JC90DB integrated drilling drawworks was developed.The key technologies of the drawwork and the stress of the main bearing parts were analyzed,and the factory and field tests were completed.The drawworks has compact structure,small size and light weight,which is suitable for arrangement at high position of derrick floor,and lays a foundation for the development of 9000 m ultra-deep well trailer rig.The one-skid lifting of high-power drawworks used for ultra-deep wells is realized,and the automatic bit feed lifting load is large,which meets the needs of users in the Middle East.The design of the integrated gearbox and the application of electrical control technology greatly reduce the layout of the base pipeline,and the maintenance is more convenient.The versatility of the drum body is enhanced by replacing the side plate and the rotary line with diameter of 45 mm and 42 mm in the trough body.The factory and field tests verify the rationality of design of the drawworks,which can adapt to the operation under the conditions of ocean,desert and frigid environment.The research results provide technical reference for the lightweight design of ultradeep well rig.
