摘要
将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为主要原料,POE-g-MAH为相容剂,氢氧化铝(ATH)、膨胀蛭石(EVMT)和三氧化二锑(ATO)为复合抑烟阻燃剂,通过密炼、粉碎和注塑等工艺制备了抑烟型阻燃HDPE材料。分析了POE-g-MAH含量、ATH/EVMT配比及(ATH/EVMT)填充量对HDPE材料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明,POE-g-MAH能够增强ATH、EVMT与HDPE基体的相容性,适量添加能够提高HDPE材料的力学性能。当POE-g-MAH含量占(ATH/EVMT)填充量的10%、ATH/EVMT配比为3∶2、(ATH/EVMT)填充量为90份(54/36)、ATO为8份时,抑烟阻燃HDPE材料的拉伸强度为28.36 MPa、弯曲强度为35.86 MPa、冲击强度为7.30 kJ/m^(2),抑烟阻燃性能达到FV-0级。
High-density polyethylene(HDPE)as the main raw material,POE-g-MAH as the compatibilizer,and aluminum hydroxide(ATH),expanded vermiculite(EVMT)and antimony trioxide(ATO)as the composite smoke suppression and flame retardant,smoke suppression flame retardant HDPE materials were prepared through mixing,pulverization and injection molding.The effects of POE-g-MAH content,ATH/EVMT ratio and(ATH/EVMT)addition on the mechanical properties and smoke suppression flame retardancy of HDPE were analyzed.The experimental results showed that POE-g-MAH could increase the compatibility of ATH,EVMT and HDPE matrix,and proper addition could improve the mechanical properties of HDPE materials.When the POE-g-MAH usage accounts in the(ATH/EVMT)filling quantity was 10%,the ratio of ATH/EVMT was 3∶2,the amount of(ATH/EVMT)was 90 phr(54/36)and ATO was 8 phr,the tensile strength of smoke suppression and flame retardant HDPE material was 28.36 MPa,the bending strength was 35.86 MPa,and the impact strength was 7.30 kJ/m^(2),the smoke suppression and flame retardant performance of the HDPE reached FV-0 level.
