摘要
采用正戊醇和异戊醇这对空间异构体作为单体,分别与环氧大豆油发生开环反应,制备大豆油多元醇。通过测定2种多元醇的红外谱图和核磁氢谱,确定了合成的2种多元醇的分子结构。同时,测定了2种多元醇的羟值,结果表明,与异戊醇开环的大豆油多元醇相比,正戊醇开环的大豆油多元醇的羟值较高。测试2种多元醇的分子量和黏度,结果表明,异戊醇-多元醇的数均分子量为1302,而正戊醇-多元醇数均分子量为1151,并且异戊醇-多元醇黏度远大于正戊醇-多元醇的黏度,这是由于,当异戊醇与环氧大豆油反应时,生成的多元醇之间又继续发生脱水缩合反应,分子间生成了醚键,因此,其羟值远小于正戊醇-多元醇,分子量及黏度增大。
Using n-pentanol and isoamyl alcohol as monomers,a ring-opening reaction with epoxy soybean oil was performed to prepare a soybean oil polyol.The molecular structures of the two polyols were determined by the infrared and NMR spectra of the two polyols.The hydroxyl values of the two polyols were measured at the same time,and the results showed that the n-pentanol ring-opened soybean oil polyol had a higher hydroxyl value than the isoamyl ring-opened soybean oil polyol.Testing the molecular weight and viscosity of the two polyols,it was found that the number-average molecular weight of isoamyl alcohol-polyol was 1302 and the number-average molecular weight of n-pentanol-polyol was 1151;Alcohol-polyol viscosity.That was because during the reaction between isoamyl alcohol and epoxy soybean oil,dehydration condensation reactions continueed to occur between the generated polyols,and ether bonds were formed between the molecules,which made its hydroxyl value far.It was smaller than n-pentanol-polyol,and has a higher molecular weight and a higher viscosity.
