摘要
针对带多侧凸凹的异型孔塑件难以确定分型方向的问题,提出了将异型孔按侧凹进行统一分析脱模方向的思路。根据接触侧面积、抽芯距等主要指标确定了主分型及侧向抽芯方向。提出了按“分型方向-分型线-模仁-滑块”的分型方法,以3条主分型线构造主分型面,分割出动定模仁。以提取的侧分型线构造分型面,拆分出S3~S6等4个滑块。针对产品左侧圆筒抽芯方向D7与D5方向不一致的问题,在母滑块S5中拆分出子滑块S7,子滑块在母滑块上产生相对运动。通过控制子母滑块S7、S5的分时二级抽芯运动,解决了D7与D5脱模方向不同,需要顺序抽芯的问题。采用这种方法,对复杂壳体塑件进行分型,分割出了动定模仁、5个滑块等7个成形零件,零件工艺性好、运动无干涉。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to determine the parting direction of the plastic parts with multi-sided convex and concave profiled hole,the idea of analyzing the parting direction of the profiled hole according to the concave side is draft direction.The main parting and the side core pulling direction were determined by the contact side area and core pulling distance.The method of“parting direction-parting line-mold core-slider”was proposed.The main parting surface was constructed with 3 main parting lines,and the moving fixed mold core was separated.The extracted side parting line was used to construct the parting surface,and 4 sliders,such as S3~S6,were separated.For the problem of inconsistency between D7 and D5 directions of the core-pulling direction of the left cylinder of the product,the child slider S7 was split from the mother slider S5,and the child slider produces relative motion on the mother slider.By controlling the two-stage core-pulling motion of sub-parent sliders S7 and S5,the problem of sequential core-pulling was solved when the demoulding directions of D7 and D5 are different.By using this method,the complex shell parts were divided into 7 molding parts,such as moving and fixed mold core,5 slider,etc.workmanship of parts is reasonable,non-interference movement.
