摘要 响水引水闸自建成以来经过多年运行,需要对其进行安全鉴定。通过对引水闸土建和金属、电气结构进行检测,工程强度均满足要求;根据相关规范,对引水闸防洪标准、渗流和抗滑稳定、基地应力、过流能力和钢闸门进行复核计算,用三维有限元方法对各种工况下引水闸竖向、水平位移和应力分布进行计算,得出了引水闸工程质量和运用指标达到设计标准,能够安全运行,鉴定为一类闸。此结论为水闸今后安全运行提出了建议,也为同类水闸安全复核提供了参考。 Xiangshui diversion sluice has been running for many years since it was built,so it is necessary to conduct safety appraisal.The sluice has been continuously observed for many years,and the overall subsidence and change trend of it are the same.The subsidence tends to be stable and the uneven degree of the overall displacement of the sluice floor is very small since 2017,and the deformation observation results are safe.Through the inspection of the civil construction,metal and electrical structure of the diversion sluice,the engineering strength meets the requirements.According to the relevant specifications,the flood control standard,seepage and anti-sliding stability,base stress,flow capacity and steel gate were recomputed,and the vertical and horizontal displacement and stress distribution of diversion sluice under various conditions were calculated by three dimensional finite element method.The project quality and operation index meet the design standards and it can operate safely.It is identified as Class I of sluice.Suggestions are put forward for the safe operation of sluice in the future,and references are also provided for the safety review of similar sluices.
