摘要
为实现MMC多电平的输出,制定合理的调制策略是保证MMC正常运行的必要条件,通过控制器件的投入和切出从而使交流测的波形逼近调制波,因此需要制定合适的策略对子模块进行投入和切出,目前被广泛应用的大致分为载波移相正弦脉冲调制法(CPS-SPWM)和最近电平逼近法(NLM)。本文分析了NLM调制的原理和数学分析,通过对输出电压质量,子模块的电容电压控制和环流抑制进行仿真结果分析,验证调制理论的正确性。
In order to realize the multi-level output of MMC,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable modulation strategy to ensure the normal operation of MMC.By controlling the input and output of the device,the AC measured waveform can approach the modulation wave.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate appropriate strategies for the input and output of sub modules.At present,the widely used methods are divided into carrier phase-shift sinusoidal pulse modulation(CPS-SPWM)and nearest level approximation(NLM).This paper analyzes the principle and mathematical analysis of NLM modulation,and verifies the correctness of the modulation theory by analyzing the simulation results of output voltage quality,capacitor voltage control of sub modules and circulating current suppression.
