摘要
任何电子产品出厂后都有其使用寿命或导致其失效的潜在故障,为提升产品的使用寿命,保证其可靠性,国家推出GB5080.7-1986、GB/T34986-2017等相关可靠性试验方法标准,但是在实际应用中很多企业并不清楚或使用上述标准,本文结合实际、举出例子,对两个标准进行解读分析,以期帮助研发工程师更好的理解、应用该标准,让生产企业可以选择更适合自己的试验方法,通过试验后生产出更加可靠的产品。
Any electronic product has its service life or potential failure after leaving the factory.In order to improve the service life of the product and ensure its reliability,the state has introduced reliability test method standards such as GB 5080.7-1986 and GB/t34986-2017.However,in practical application,many enterprises do not know or use the above standards.This paper gives examples to compare the two standards In order to help R&D engineers better understand and apply the standard,manufacturers can choose more suitable test methods and produce more reliable products after the test.
