将设计思维运用到图书馆的特殊儿童服务设计中,从读者需求与体验的角度提供创新服务。通过介绍相关基本概念,提出设计思维下的特殊儿童服务设计流程,介绍了东莞图书馆特殊儿童服务设计实践案例,阐释特殊儿童服务设计的举措,并对服务设计中的要点进行了总结。

In order to explore the application of design thinking to the service design of children with special needs in the library and provide innovative services from the perspective of readers needs and experience,the paper introduces some basic concepts,puts forward the design process of the service for children with special needs,introduces the case of design practice case of the service for children with special needs in Dongguan Library,explains the service design measures of children with special needs and summarizes the key points of the service design.
