摘要
原位超声无损检测技术具有基于设备在安装位置上,不经拆卸实施裂纹检测的优点。通过开展原位超声无损检测技术研究,进行缩比法兰螺柱试验,说明该手段能准确检测螺柱有无裂纹、裂纹位置,验证技术的可行性;并在航天发射场设备维护中进行了应用,效果良好。
In-situ ultrasonic non-destructive test technology has the advantage of performing crack detection without disassembling the equipment from the installation position.In this paper,research on the in-situ ultrasonic non-destructive test technology was carried out through the reduced ratio flange stud test.The results showed that this method could accurately detect whether the stud had cracks and the location of the cracks,which verified the feasibility of the technology.The technology has been applied in the maintenance of space launching site equipment,and the effect is good.
