In order to ensure the smooth development of a type of laminated vacuum brazed oil cooler,we analyzed the manufacturing process of the product.We focused on the matching of the parts,the key design points of relative moulds,pre-weld cleaning of the parts,design of the brazing fixture,and the key control points of vacuum brazing,etc.By taking effective process approaches,we have ensured the successful development of the product,which has been used in a number of bestselling vehicles of world-renowned brands.
