工程车辆驾驶室噪声特性分析及优化

摘要 介绍工程机械噪声问题分析方法,通过理论仿真分析与实验结合方法对工程机械驾驶室噪声问题进行研究。以某型挖掘机驾驶室为研究对象,用LMS Virtual Lab建立驾驶室结构和声学有限元网格,对驾驶室进行结构声学耦合分析,同时运用噪声测试设备对研究车型驾驶室进行声学摸底测试,对比结构声学耦合有限元分析数据,找出薄弱环节,提出改进方案。根据改进方案在驾驶室关键位置布置减振降噪材料改进驾驶室结构,并测试改进后各工况下驾驶室噪声响应水平,对比改进前后数据,表明通过理论仿真分析与实验结合,针对性的进行减振降噪处理的方法可有效降低驾驶室噪声水平,提高驾驶舒适性。 In this study we introduced the analysis method of noise problem of engineering vehicles.Combining theoretical analysis and experiments,we studied the noise problem with a certain type of excavator cab as the research object.By using LMS Virtual Lab,we established a structural and acoustic finite element mesh of the cab,and carried out structural acoustic coupling analysis of the structure of the cab.Meanwhile,we carried out acoustic baseline test on the cab using the noise test equipment,found out the weak links by comparing the structural acoustic coupling finite element analysis data,and put forward the improvement scheme.According to the improvement scheme,noise reduction materials were arranged at the key positions of the cab.The noise response level of the improved cabin was tested under various operating conditions.Comparing the data before and after the improvement,it was proved that the noise reduction method had effectively reduced the cabin noise level,and improved the driving comfort.
