摘要
用带活动定位销的负压夹持工装装夹薄板类零件进行铣削加工,工件定位方便,所受夹紧力分布均匀,能在提高装夹效率的同时减小因夹紧力造成的工件变形,提高零件的加工精度。在介绍了负压夹持工装结构、工作件原理,推算出夹持力大小的基础上,重点阐述了工装的设计要点。
Using the negative pressure clamping fixture with movable locating pin to load the sheet metal parts for milling has the advantages of easy positioning of the workpiece,evenly distributed clamping force,improved clamping efficiency,reduced workpiece deformation caused by clamping force,and improved machining accuracy of the parts.In this paper we introduced the structure and working principles of the negative pressure clamping fixture,deduced the clamping force,and emphatically expounded the key points of the design of the clamping fixture.
