粘土砂转为树脂砂生产后,原床身铸造工艺及工装已不能满足树脂砂工艺要求,为了保证轧辊磨床床身铸件质量、降低成本、提高生产效率和便于生产管理,必须把床身粘土砂工艺进行优化,转换成树脂砂工艺,对工装进行优化改进以减少吃砂量,降低砂铁比,减少工装的使用种类,提高通用性。

After clay sand is replaced by resin sand for production,the original bed casting process and tooling can no longer meet the requirements of the resin sand process.In order to ensure the quality of roll grinder bed casting,to reduce cost,to improve production efficiency and to facilitate production management,the clay sand process must be optimized and changed to the resin sand process.The tooling is optimized to reduce sand consumption and the sand-iron ratio,to cut down the types of tooling in use,and to improve universality.
