摘要
针对12103工作面二切巷掘进期间受巷道断面大以及上覆11103工作面采空区影响,巷道掘进期间围岩稳定性差、顶板破碎严重、掘进效率低等技术难题,对巷道掘进过程主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据实际生产情况对原掘进支护工艺优化,提出采取“注浆锚杆+JW型钢带+梯形钢棚”联合支护设计,通过实际应用效果来看,联合支护设计控制巷道顶板破碎、下沉现象,成效显著。
In view of the technical problems such as the poor surrounding rock stability,severe roof fracture,and low excavation efficiency affected by the large roadway section and the overlying 11103 working face during the excavation of the 12103 working face,the article analyzes the main problems in the roadway excavation process,optimizes the original excavation support technology according to the actual production situation,and proposes the“grouting bolt-JW steel belt-trapezoidal steel shed”combined support design,which controls the roof breakage and sinking phenomenon of the roadway,and proves remarkable effect.
