摘要
无煤柱“110工法”作为煤炭开采工艺上又一项重大技术变革,能够有效提高回采率,减少资源浪费,降低掘进率,缓解矿井接续紧张的局面等突出优势,具有划时代的重要意义;由于该工艺实施难度大,目前国内该项技术尚未得到广泛推广应用;本文以黄陵矿业一号煤矿1006综采工作面无煤柱“110工法”工业试验为例,分析其在试验实施过程中遇到技术难题及解决方法,为该项技术的实施推广积累了一些宝贵经验。
As another major technological change in coal mining technology,no pillar“110 construction method”can effectively increase the recovery rate,reduce resource waste and the excavation rate,and alleviate the tense situation of the mine,which is of epoch-making significance.Due to the difficulty of implementation,this technology has not been widely promoted and applied in China.Taking no pillar"110 construction method"industrial test at the 1006 fully mechanized mining face of Huangling Mining No.1 Colliery as an example,the article analyzes the technical problems encountered during the test implementation and the solutions,which accumulates some valuable experience for the implementation of this technology.
