摘要
针对经坊煤业3-602大采高仰采工作面煤壁片帮问题,分析了煤壁片帮机理,确定片帮形式为拉裂破坏和剪切破坏;分析了采高和仰采角度对工作面顶板结构的影响,并确定了两巷超前注浆、工作面煤壁注浆两种不同加固方案及其具体技术参数,大大提高了煤壁及顶板稳定性,保证了工作面的安全开采。
Aiming at rib spalling at up-dip mining face of 3-602 large mining height,Jingfang Coal Industry,the paper analyzes the mechanism of rib spalling and determines that the rib spalling forms are tensile fracture and shear failure.It also analyzes the influence of the mining height and the up-dip mining angle on the roof structure of the working face,and determines two different reinforcement schemes and specific technical parameters of two lanes advanced grouting and working face coal wall grouting,which greatly improves the stability of the coal wall and roof,and ensures the safe mining of the working face.
