摘要 胡底矿13032巷为大埋深、大断面和受两次采动影响回采巷道,围岩变形大、维护困难。对巷道围岩破坏影响因素进行分析,在采用“高强度锚杆+金属网+W钢带+锚索”的一次支护;利用FLAC数值模拟软件确定了二次补强支护时最佳锚索密度和布置方式,实测结果表明:采用一次支护和二次补强支护后,巷道围岩变形控制效果显著,确保了13032巷满足1305(上)分层工作面回采复用要求。 Aiming at the problems of large deformation and difficult maintenance of the surrounding rock of the stoping roadway in 13032 Lane,Hudi Colliery,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the damage of the surrounding rock of the roadway,proposes the use of“high-strength bolt-metal mesh-W steel belt-anchor cable”for primary support,and determines the optimal anchor cable density and arrangement for the secondary reinforcement support by using FLAC numerical simulation software,which proves that the deformation control effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway is significant,and ensures that Lane 13032 meets the mining reuse requirements of 1305(upper)layered working face.
