摘要 为实现矿井安全生产,以2303综放工作面过空巷为研究对象,通过理论分析、现场实测矿压显现、综放支架立柱下沉量等对采面过空巷影响,并根据采面实际情况从强化空巷支护、采面调斜以及控制采面顶、底板等方面制定具体过空巷措施。针对采面与空巷间距2 m时空巷内部分单体支柱出现弯曲、陷入底板等问题,提出在空巷顶板施工锚索、单体加密等方式进行补强。现场应用后,采面共耗时4天安全、平稳通过空巷,现场取得显著应用效果。 To achieve safe production in the mine,taking 2303 fully mechanized caving working face as the research object,based on theoretical analysis,on-site measured mine pressure,and the subsidence of the fully mechanized caving support column,the author formulates the specific measures for passing abandoned roadway,such as strengthening the support of the goaf,adjusting the slope of the working face,and controlling the roof and floor of the working face according to the actual situation of the mining face,and proposes that the roof of the empty roadway should be reinforced with anchor cables and single-body densification in view of the problems of bending and sinking into the bottom plate of some single pillars in the empty roadway when the distance between the mining face and the empty roadway is 2 m,which obtains significant application effects,taking 4 days for the mining face to cross the abandoned roadway safely and smoothly.
