摘要
本文介绍了悬臂式掘进机“蛇形”、“回形”和“螺旋线形”三种截割方式及特点;以常村矿为工程背景,运用数值模拟法对煤巷悬臂式掘进机不同截割方式下的巷道受力状况及稳定性进行分析。结果表明,“蛇形”自下而上截割工艺为最佳方式,既实现掘进机的快速掘进,又能维护巷道围岩的稳定性;可为矿井快速掘进与安全高效生产提供一定的经验借鉴。
Taking the Changcun Colliery as the engineering background,the article introduces three cutting methods and characteristics of"snake","return"and"spiral"of boom-type roadheader and analyzes the stress status and stability of the roadway under different cutting methods.Results show that the“snake-shaped”bottom-up cutting process is the best method,which not only realizes the rapid excavation of the roadheader,but also maintains the stability of the roadway surrounding rock,and can provide certain experience for the rapid excavation and safe and efficient production of the mine.
