摘要
干河矿2-126综采工作面顶板为厚硬砂岩顶板,工作面来压步距长、矿压显现强烈,支架前方煤壁发生片帮垮落,威胁工作面生产安全。为解决坚硬顶板悬顶问题,提出水压致裂技术对顶板进行弱化。现场应用效果表明:采取水压致裂措施后顶板卸压效果明显,能够控制顶板及时垮落,工作面来压平稳,支架工作承受载荷在可控范围内,保障了工作面的正常生产。
Aiming at the long weighting step distance,severe strata behavior and coal wall spalling at 2-216 fully-mechanized working face with thick-and-hard sandstone roof,the author proposes the roof weakening by hydraulic fracturing technology,which can control the roof with good roof pressure relief effect,smooth weighting step distance,controllable supporting load and guarantee the normal production.
