摘要
针对新村煤矿15#煤层容易自燃、自然发火期短、防灭火难度大等问题,提出采取“三注一淋”、“两堵一阻”综合防灭火措施,建立自然发火监测系统,开展自然发火监测工作,健全自然发火预测预报及管理制度。通过现场应用,有效解决了采空区煤层自燃问题,实现了矿井安全开采。
Aiming at the problems of spontaneous combustion,short spontaneous combustion period and difficult fire prevention and extinguishing,the author proposes the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures of“Three Grouting and One Spraying”and“Two Plugging and One Blocking”with the establishment of spontaneous combustion monitoring system and improvement of spontaneous combustion prediction management system,which can solve the spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf and realize the safety mining.
