摘要
针对29406综放工作面拆架封闭过程中容易产生CO的问题,深入分析了工作面8#煤层自然发火产生CO的原因,提出采用预防性灌浆、采空区注氮气惰化、自然发火预测预报、优化工作面通风系统设计、改变工作面拆架工艺、降低采空区漏风、采空区实施采后快速封闭等综合防灭火措施进行治理。现场实践结果表明,采用上述方法不仅可以缩短拆架时间,还可以有效降低CO浓度。
By analysis of the CO occurrence due to spontaneous combustion of No.8 coal seam during the support removal and sealing at 29406 fully-mechanized working face,the author proposes the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures of preventive grouting,nitrogen injection in goaf,spontaneous combustion prediction,ventilation system optimization,support removal change,air leakage reduction,rapid sealing after mining in goaf,whose practical results show the above method can not only shorten the support removal time and reduce the CO concentration effectively.
