摘要
研究了擦拭间隔时间、等待称量时间、填充物类型、填充量、热封面积占比对增重法测定食品用脱氧剂包装膜防水、防油性能测试结果的影响。优化后的试验条件为:取样面积为5 cm×5 cm,用还原铁粉进行填充,填充为2.0 g,以0.8 cm热封宽度热封成袋,从浸泡液中取出后应立即用纸巾擦拭干净,并立即进行称量。优化测试条件后,方法相对标准偏差为0.35%~8.06%;具有良好精密度,稳定性较好,可用于食品用脱氧剂包装膜防水、防油性能的日常分析。
The effects of wiping interval,waiting time for weighing,filler type,filling amount and heat sealing area ratio on the water-proof and oil-proof properties of food deoxidizer packaging film were studied.The optimized experimental conditions were as follows:the sampling area was 5 cm×5 cm,filled with reduced iron powder,the filling mass was 2.0 g and sealed into a bag with a 0.8 cm heat sealing width,after taking it out of the soaking liquid,wipe it clean with a paper towel and weigh it immediately.After optimizing the test conditions,the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.35%~8.06%.It has good precision and stability,and can be used for the daily analysis of the water-proof and oil-proof properties of the deoxidizer packaging film for food.
