摘要
核桃初加工是脱青皮及烘干、壳果分选、破壳及壳仁分离、包装及储藏等的采后处理过程,对核桃壳果和核桃仁的产品外观和内在质量以及售价和储运性能具有决定性作用,受其认知水平和不同地区气候、品种及产业规模的差异,其有限的相应国标、行标、地标和企标的工艺规范和产品指标有较大差异,本文结合近年相关研究和文献重点对此加以比较分析和讨论,为相关技术设备的推广、相关产业标准规范水平的提升奠定基础。
The primary processing of walnuts is a post-harvest process,including removal of green peels and drying,sorting of nuts,hulling and separation of shells and kernels,packaging and storage,etc.,and has a decisive role for the appearance and intrinsic quality of walnut nuts and walnut kernels,as well as the price,storage and transportation performance.Due to the difference of cognitive levels and different climate,varieties and industrial scale,there are larger differences in limited indicators and specifications corresponding to relevant national,industry,local and enterprise standards.In combination with recent years related research and literature,this paper focally compares,analyzes and discusses these differences so as to lay a foundation for the promotion of related technology and equipment and the upgrading of the level of related industry standards.
