德国对“一带一路”倡议的认知与前景分析

Review on Germany's Cognition of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative and an Outlook on China-Germany Relation

中德两国致力于实现互利共赢,德国对“一带一路”倡议也展现出主动参与的态度。这一积极立场与国际格局变化、东西欧互联互通和德国不同群体代表、利益团体的诉求密切相关。但同时,来自欧盟、美国的杂音不绝于耳,为中德“一带一路”的深层次合作设限。基于此,中德两国应巩固共识,尽早落实中欧投资协定,保障“一带一路”的双轨对接;妥善化解分歧并探索创新型多边合作新模式,实现优势互补。

China and Germany have been endeavored to seek mutual benefit,and Germany has also shown an active attitude of participation in“One Belt and One Road”Initiative.German positive position is closely related to the change of international pattern,the interconnectivity between Eastern and Western Europe,and the demands of representatives of different groups and interest groups in Germany.However,the voices from the European Union and the United States are constraining the in-depth cooperation between China and Germany.Therefore,China and Germany should enhance mutual consensus and implement the bilateral investment agreement as soon as possible,in order to ensure dual-track synergy between the two countries;China and Germany should properly resolve differences and explore new innovative multilateral cooperation modes,to realize mutual compensation of advantages.
