人工破膜联合缩宫素综合引产在计划分娩中的应用效果

Effect of artificial rupture of membranes combined with oxytocin on induction in planned labor

目的探讨人工破膜协同缩宫素综合引产方案的在计划分娩中的应用效果。方法筛选2018年3月至2019年5月于河南科技大学第一附属医院进行计划分娩且宫颈成熟度较高的产妇98例,应用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组与观察组,每组49例。参照组运用缩宫素进行引产,观察组运用人工破膜协同缩宫素综合引产方案。比较两组产妇的分娩结局。结果与参照组比较,观察组产程的持续时间明显缩减(P<0.05),观察组产后出血情况明显减少(P<0.05),观察组计划分娩的成功实现率明显提升18.37%(P<0.05);两组的新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在计划分娩过程中应用人工破膜协同缩宫素综合引产方案进行引产,能够有效缩短产程,提升计划分娩的成功实现率,且安全系数较高,为良好的母婴结局提供有力保障。

Objective To investigate the effect of artificial rupture of membrane combined with oxytocin on induction in planned delivery.Methods A total of 98 cases of women with high cervical maturity who had planned childbirth in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group using the digital random table,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was induced by oxytocin,while the observation group was induced by artificial membrane destruction combined with oxytocin.The birth outcomes of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of labor in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly less(P<0.05),and the success rate of planned delivery in the observation group was significantly increased by 18.37%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In the process of planned delivery,the application of artificial rupture of membrane combined with oxytocin comprehensive induction of labor can effectively reduce the length of labor,improve the success rate of planned delivery,and provide a strong guarantee for good maternal and infant outcomes.
