摘要
在“双一流”学科建设的背景下,从国际合作、培养拔尖创新人才、提升科研水平等方面寻找研究生教育国际化的契合点,从整体建构、机制完善、科研绩效和价值传播四个方面分析地方高校研究生教育国际化的发展机遇。通过对具体实践中制度缺位、合作高校层次差距明显和教育模式单一等现实问题进行梳理,提出树立开门办学的教育理念、争取更高层次的高校合作、丰富研究生培养模式、完善本土研究生国际化教育体系。
Under the background of the construction of“double first-class”discipline,this paper looks for a fit point for the internationalization of postgraduates education from international cooperation,cultivating top-notch innovative talents and improving scientific research level,and analyzes the development opportunities for the internationalization of graduates education in local universities from four aspects of overall construction,mechanism improvement,scientific research performance and value communication.By sorting out practical problems such as the absence of systems in specific practice,the obvious gap in the level of cooperative universities,the single education mode and so on,it proposes some ideas of establishing an educational concept of open-door schooling,striving for cooperation with higher-leveled universities,enriching postgraduates training models and improving the internationalization of local graduate students education system.
