This paper first introduces the current situation of the development of preschool education in China,so that readers can have a more comprehensive understanding of preschool education and its importance;Secondly,it introduces the current situation and problems of the continuing education for preschool teachers;Thirdly,it introduces the current situation and development trend of lifelong education in China;Finally,aiming at the existing problems this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as innovating system and mechanism,expanding education content,constructing integrated education system etc.in order to promote the development of preschool teachers and improve the level of preschool education in China.
