In the development of higher education,physical education has always been an important part of the education system.Physical education major should not only strengthen the guidance of students’sports knowledge and sports skills,but also create a good sports environment for students’development,help students establish correct sports education concept,and cultivate good living habits and study habits.Cultivating students’core qualities is the main goal of the current education reform and development.Therefore,under the influence of the concept of lifelong education,it is worthwhile to discuss how to strengthen the comprehensive qualities of students majoring in physical education,so that their comprehensive skills can meet the requirements of professional training under modern education.Under the background of the nation-wide sports,the importance of training for physical education professionals is more prominent.
