新时代乡村教师发展的现实困境与超越 被引量:3

摘要 乡村振兴基础在乡村教育,关键在乡村教师。新型城镇化、教育现代化和教师专业化在给乡村教师带来良好发展机遇的同时,也容易使他们在专业特质、专业价值、专业境遇、专业自我等方面产生遮蔽与迷思,遭遇身份认同、生存状态、自主发展、专业文化、职后培训等现实困境。乡村教师现实困境的超越和突破,必须注意提高乡村教师地位待遇,减轻乡村教师生存压力;培育乡村教师乡土情怀,增强乡村教师身份认同;强化乡村教师自主发展意识,提升乡村教师自主发展能力;厚植乡村教师文化情感,激励乡村教师文化自觉;充分利用网络教育资源,推进乡村教师菜单式培训。 The foundation of rural revitalization lies in rural education,and the key lies in rural teachers.The new type of urbanization,the modernization of education and the professionalization of teachers not only bring good development opportunities to rural teachers,but also easily limit and confuse them in the understanding of professional characteristics,professional value,professional circumstances,professional self,etc.and they may encounter practical difficulties such as identity,survival,self-development,professional culture,after-service training.In order to surmount and break through the difficulties of rural teachers in reality,we should improve the status and treatment of rural teachers,reduce the survival pressure of rural teachers;cultivate rural teachers’feelings to their hometown,strengthen their identity,and strengthen their consciousness of independent development,enhance the self-development ability of rural teachers,cultivate the cultural emotion of rural teachers and encourage their cultural consciousness,make full use of the network education resources and promote the menu-type training of rural teachers.
