摘要
在城乡教育一体化的进程中,我国教育亟须解决的一个问题就是构建合理的教师流动制度。目前,教师流动主要有两种情况:一是城市教师向农村流动;二是农村教师向城市流动。这两种形式都已经陷入了无法摆脱的困境。公平、效率和优先是城乡教育一体化教师流动的主要目标,同时社会价值和个体价值之间的矛盾也要处理好。
In the process of the integration of urban and rural education,the construction of a reasonable teacher flow system is an urgent problem to be solved in China’s education.At present,there are two main situations of teacher flow.One is the flow of urban teachers to rural areas.The other is the flow of rural teachers to urban areas,both of which have been in an unavoidable dilemma.Fairness,efficiency and priority are the main goals of the integration of urban and rural education.At the same time,the contradiction between social value and individual value should be handled well.
