新冠肺炎疫情背景下优化大学生就业政策供给对策建议

Countermeasures and Suggestions to the Optimization of the Employment Policy Supply for College Students Under the Background of COVID-19 Epidemic

在应对百年大疫的特殊背景下,高校毕业生“就业难”等问题更为突出。如何优化大学生政策供给、提升大学生就业质量已成为当前推进“六稳”“六保”的关键一环。同时,新冠肺炎疫情后如何推进大学生就业工作也成为中央交给各级政策制定部门、高校、用人单位、研究机构等最重要的政治任务之一。本文通过分析新冠肺炎疫情对大学生就业的影响,提出新冠肺炎疫情背景下优化大学生就业政策供给的研究理路,最后从四个方面提出对策。

Under the special background of responding to the COVID-19 pandemic,the“difficulty in employment”of college graduates has become more prominent.How to optimize the policy supply for college students and improve the employment quality of college students has become a key part of the current promotion of“ensuring stability on the six fronts”and“maintaining security in the six areas.”At the same time,how to promote the employment of college students after the epidemic has become one of the most important political tasks assigned by the central government to policy-making departments at all levels,universities,employers,and research institutions.This article analyzes the impact of the epidemic on the employment of college students,proposes a research logic path for optimizing the employment policy supply for college students under this background,and finally proposes countermeasures from four aspects.
