针刺联合中药治疗卵巢储备功能减退疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medication for Decreased Ovarian Reserve

目的观察针刺联合中药治疗卵巢储备功能减退的临床疗效。方法60例卵巢储备功能减退患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺联合中药治疗,针刺采用热补法;对照组采用单纯中药治疗。观察两组治疗前后性激素水平及Kupperman指数评分变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后Kupperman指数评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Kupperman指数评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、FSH/LH值下降,低于同组治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后雌二醇(E2)升高,高于同组治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药治疗卵巢储备功能减退疗效显著,能够提高患者的血清性激素水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medication in treating decreased ovarian reserve(DOR).Method Sixty DOR patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture(hot-reinforcing acupuncture method)plus Chinese medication;the control group was given Chinese medication alone.The sex hormone level and Kupperman index(KI)score were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group,versus 66.7%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KI score changed significantly after intervention in both groups(P<0.05);the KI score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),FSH/LH declined in the treatment group and was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the estradiol(E2)increased in the treatment group and was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medication can produce significant efficacy in improving DOR and increase the serum sex hormone level.
