臭氧穴位注射联合脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupoint Ozone Injection plus Pulse Radiofrequency for Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察臭氧穴位注射联合脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取臭氧穴位注射,试验组在对照组基础上联合脉冲射频治疗。观察患者治疗前和治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,观察治疗前、治疗后6个月匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、生活满意度指数B表(LSIB)评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月两组VAS评分低于治疗前;治疗后6个月两组VAS评分低于治疗后1个月、3个月,治疗后3个月两组VAS评分低于治疗后1个月;试验组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月两组患者PSQI评分低于治疗前且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月两组LSIB评分均高于治疗前且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧穴位注射联合脉冲射频治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,效果显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善其睡眠质量,提高患者生活水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint ozone injection plus pulse radiofrequency for postherpetic neuralgia.Method Sixty patients with postherpetic neuralgia were allocated,using a random number table,to experimental and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received acupoint ozone injection and the experimental group,pulse radiofrequency in addition.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was observed in the patients before treatment and at two weeks and one,three and six months after and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and the Life Satisfaction Index B(LSIB)score,before treatment and at six months after.The clinical therapeutic effects and the recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Result The VAS score was lower in the two groups at one,three and six months after treatment than before,lower at six months after treatment than at one and three months after and lower at three months after treatment than at one month after and the VAS score was lower in the experimental group than in the control group at one,three and six months after treatment with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At six months after treatment,the PSQI score was lower in the two groups of patients compared with before and lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).At six months after treatment,the LSIB score was higher in the two groups compared with before and higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was higher in the experimental group than in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint ozone injection plus pulse radiofrequency has a marked therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia.It can effectively relieve the pain,improve sleep quality and raise the living standards in the patients.
