蜂针六阳经输穴治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

Efficacy Observations on Bee Needles at Shu-Stream Points of Six Yang Meridians for Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察蜂针六阳经输穴治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将72例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。观察组采用蜂针六阳经输穴治疗,对照组予口服甲氨蝶呤片治疗。以血清类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)值、疼痛关节数、关节压痛度及关节功能障碍指数为观察指标,并比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的血清RF、ESR值、疼痛关节数、关节压痛度及关节功能障碍指数均优于同组治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论蜂针六阳经输穴治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著,优于口服甲氨蝶呤片。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bee needles at Shu-Stream points of six yang meridians for rheumatoid arthritis.Method Seventy-two patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomized to observation and control groups,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group received bee needles at Shu-Stream points of six yang meridians and the control group,oral administration of Methotrexate Tablets.Serum PF and ESR values,the number of painful joints,joint tenderness and joint dysfunction index were used as indicators.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the three groups.Result The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum PF and ESR values,the number of painful joints,joint tenderness and joint dysfunction index were better in the observation group compared with before and with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bee needles at Shu-Stream points of six yang meridians have a marked therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis and are more effective than oral administration of Methotrexate Tablets.
