银质针导热疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Silver Needle Heat Conduction Therapy for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察银质针导热疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对氧化应激反应的影响。方法膝骨关节炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法随机分为西药组、银质针组,每组50例。西药组使用双氯芬酸钠肠溶片进行治疗,银质针组使用银质针导热疗法进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前后Lequesne指数评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平、应激[总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化脂(LPO)]水平进行观察,比较两组临床疗效及1年、2年复发率。结果治疗后,银质针组Lequesne指数评分、VAS评分、WOMAC评分低于西药组(P<0.05);血清CRP、ESR水平低于西药组(P<0.05);T-AOC、SOD水平高于西药组(P<0.05);MDA、LPO水平低于西药组(P<0.05)。银质针组总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。银质针组1年、2年复发率低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论银质针导热疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,能够显著减轻患者膝关节疼痛程度,提高患者的抗氧化能力,进而改善患者氧化应激及炎症反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of silver needle heat conduction therapy for knee osteoarthritis and its effect on oxidative stress reactions.Method One hundred patients with knee osteoarthritis were allocated,using a random number table,to Western medicine and silver needle groups,with 50 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with diclofenac sodium enteric coated tablets and the silver needle group,by silver needle heat conduction therapy.The Lequesne Index score,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)Osteoarthritis Index score were recorded and C-reactive protein levels(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and stress[total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)]levels were measured in the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects and 1-year and 2-year recurrence rates were compared between the three groups.Result After treatment,the Lequesne Index score,the VAS score and the WOMAC score were lower(P<0.05),serum CRP and ESR levels were lower(P<0.05),T-AOC and SOD levels were higher(P<0.05)and MDA and LPO were lower(P<0.05)in the silver needle group than in the Western medicine group.The total efficacy rate was higher in the silver needle group than in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).One-year and 2-year recurrence rates were lower in the silver needle group than in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver needle heat conduction therapy has a marked effect on knee osteoarthritis.It can markedly relieve knee pain,increase antioxidant capacity and then improve oxidative stress and inflammatory reactions in the patients.
