低压减载是最经济有效的防控电压电网崩溃的应急稳定控制措施。通过技术操作建立完整的低压载波方案,依据电网低压载波设施标准,结合整体设计方式和操作方案,确定整体参数。依据孤网频率的实际稳定因素进行分析,结合网络低压载波控制端下的应用情况,做好甄别鉴定,对具体的分布式操作和集体控制流程进行分析,确定其中的各类优势和不足之处。依据当前的案例范围和操作标准要求,分析总结低压载波方案设计思路,寻求更加合理有效的操作因素,确定一般设计原则,满足孤网稳定频率运行控制实施。
