孤网频率稳定与控制策略研究

摘要 低压减载是最经济有效的防控电压电网崩溃的应急稳定控制措施。通过技术操作建立完整的低压载波方案,依据电网低压载波设施标准,结合整体设计方式和操作方案,确定整体参数。依据孤网频率的实际稳定因素进行分析,结合网络低压载波控制端下的应用情况,做好甄别鉴定,对具体的分布式操作和集体控制流程进行分析,确定其中的各类优势和不足之处。依据当前的案例范围和操作标准要求,分析总结低压载波方案设计思路,寻求更加合理有效的操作因素,确定一般设计原则,满足孤网稳定频率运行控制实施。 Low-voltage load shedding is the most economical and effective emergency and stable control measure to prevent and control voltage grid collapse.Establish a complete low-voltage carrier scheme through technical operations,determine the overall parameters according to the grid low-voltage carrier facility standards,and combine the overall design method and operation scheme.The actual stability factors of the isolated network frequency will be analyzed based on the application situation under the low-voltage carrier control end of the network,and the specific distributed operation and collective control process will be analyzed to determine the various advantages and disadvantages.Place.Based on the current case scope and operating standard requirements,analyze and summarize the design ideas of low-voltage carrier schemes,seek more reasonable and effective operating factors,determine general design principles,and meet the implementation of stable frequency operation control of isolated networks.
