摘要
高压加热器是火力发电厂重要的辅助设备,对发电厂的经济运行影响很大。如果运行中停运,将会造成汽轮机汽耗增加,引起锅炉受热面超温。由于山西阳光发电有限责任公司的3#高压加热器运行工况复杂,所以泄漏事件时有发生。而对于高压加热器最有效的监视方法就是水位监视,因此,从集控运行角度分析高压加热器水位高的原因、处理要点及投运过程。
High pressure heater is an important auxiliary equipment in thermal power plant,which has a great impact on the economic operation of power plant.If the steam turbine is shut down during operation,the steam consumption of the steam turbine will increase and the heating surface of the boiler will overheat.Due to the complex operation condition of 3#high pressure heater,leakage incidents occur from time to time.The most effective monitoring method for high-pressure heater is water level monitoring.Therefore,this paper analyzes the cause of high-pressure heater water level accident,treatment points and operation process from the perspective of centralized control operation.
