This paper mainly starts from the construction of multi-business hall cooperative operation management system based on“three types and one transformation”,and expounds the innovative management mode of power supply enterprises.At present,the service quality of customers is getting higher and higher.The power supply business hall has developed into the main service window of the electric power company,which promotes the people to provide better quality,change the past way,and further promote the lean development of management and customer service level.
