招标采购会存在一定程度的风险,主要体现在商品招标采购的过程中,不能够严格地按照招标采购缔约来进行,从而导致了招标采购合同失去效力,最终导致整个项目受到严重影响。存在招标风险不仅是由于不能够很好地掌握招标采购风险知识,而且还存在某些人为了牟取不当利益而进行违法乱纪行为,这些都招标项目都会造成非常恶劣的影响。主要分析了招标采购缔约和履约的全过程,并提出了一些风险解决方案,希望能够在一定程度上降低招标采购项目的风险。

As we all know,there is a certain degree of risk in bidding procurement,which is mainly reflected in the process of commodity bidding procurement.It can not be strictly carried out in accordance with the contract of bidding procurement,which leads to the invalidity of bidding procurement contract,and eventually leads to the serious impact on the whole project.The existence of bidding risk is not only due to not being able to grasp the risk knowledge of bidding procurement,but also because some people violate the law and discipline in order to seek improper interests,which will cause a very bad impact on bidding projects.This paper mainly analyzes the whole process of bidding procurement contracting and performance,and puts forward some risk solutions,hoping to reduce the risk of bidding procurement project to a certain extent.
