随着我国经济社会发展需求的改变,能源供给侧改革为水利发电带来了更多的机遇和挑战。文章首先简述了水电站值班员对于生产运行的重要作用,然后,从责任意识、制度执行力度、技能水平等层面分析了当前水电站中值班工作中存在的问题,最后结合实际给出了几点改进运行值班工作效率的措施,通过论述证明了其有效性。

With the change of China’s economic and social development demand,energy supply side reform has brought more opportunities and challenges for hydropower generation.This paper first describes the important role of the hydropower station watchman for production and operation,then analyzes the problems existing in the current hydropower station watchman work from the aspects of responsibility consciousness,system implementation,and skill level,and finally puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of the operation watchman work,which is proved to be effective by discussion.
