抄表管理是指供电企业为了按时保质完成抄表工作而采取的手段和措施,是电费管理的一个重要环节和前提。在新形势下,随着客户对优质服务的要求日益增高,国网上海松江供电公司营销部立足于“服务为本、客户导向”,实施多举措整治多月未抄零电量,有效避免不必要的电费流失和客户诉求,努力实现营销管理提质增效,确保每位客户每月电费的正常发行。
Meter reading management refers to the means and measures taken by power supply enterprises in order to complete meter reading work on time and with high quality,which is an important link and premise of electricity charge management.In the new situation,with the increasing demand of customers for high-quality service,the marketing department of State Grid Shanghai Songjiang power supply company is based on“service-oriented,customer-oriented”,implements multiple measures to rectify the non copied zero electricity for many months,effectively avoids unnecessary loss of electricity charges and customer demands,and strives to improve the quality and efficiency of marketing management and ensure the normal distribution of each customer’s monthly electricity charges.
