为解决供电公司在营财一体化电费风险防控过程中存在的电费回收风险问题,在多维精益化管理背景下提出了营财电费风险防控业务体系的研究。主要进行了用电客户电费违约风险评价模型构建以及电费风险防控总体系研究,促进了电费实际业务数据的价值提炼,推进了营财业务深度融合。

In order to solve the problem of electricity fee recovery risk in the process of electricity fee risk prevention and control for integrated financing of electricity supply companies,this paper proposes a research on the business system of electricity fee risk prevention and control in the context of multi-dimensional lean management.This paper mainly conducts the construction of the electricity bill default risk evaluation model for electricity customers and the research on the total electricity bill risk prevention and control system,which promotes the value extraction of actual electricity bill business data and promotes the deep integration of the financial business.
