新型茶树油对沃柑果实品质的影响

摘要 采用"基因组定点编辑植物天然产物合成"技术,培育出新型互叶白千层,其新鲜枝叶经水蒸馏后得到新型茶树油(1,8-桉叶素含量>75%)。用新型茶树油配制,不仅预防沃柑病虫害,还提升沃柑果实的外观指标(气味、单果质量和果皮厚度)和内在品质(口感、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、总糖和维C含量和固酸比)。新型茶树油是一种无污染、安全的可配制喷洒剂,不仅防治病虫害,还可提升沃柑果实品质。 Using the technology of"genome-specific editing plant natural product synthesis"to cultivate a new type of Melaleuca alternifolia that fresh leaves were distilled in water to obtain the new tea tree oil(1,8-cineole content>75%).The spray agent prepared with new tea tree oil can not only prevent the diseases and insect pests of Orah Mandarin,but also improve the appearance index(odor,single fruit weight and peel thickness)and internal quality(taste,soluble solids,titratable acid,total sugar and vitamin C content and the ratio of solid to acid)of the Orah Mandarin fruit.The new tea tree oil was a kind of pollution-free,safe,can be prepared spray that not only controls diseases and pests,but also improves the quality of Orah Mandarin fruit.
