单核细胞增生李斯特菌生物学毒理特性及防控方法研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 单核细胞增生李斯特菌是一种能引起人畜共患的食源性致病菌。人们食用被单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染的食物后能引起李氏杆菌病,会导致胃肠炎、脑膜炎、败血症等疾病。与其他食源性疾病相比,单核细胞增生李斯特菌具有较高的致死率,可达20%~30%,严重阻碍了食品工业的发展。因此,对单核细胞增生李斯特菌的研究日益受到人们的关注。对单核细胞增生李斯特菌的生物学特性、流行病学、主要毒力因子和防控方法进行综述,为单核细胞增生李斯特菌的研究提供理论依据。 Listeria monocytogenes is a foodborne pathogen that can cause zoonotic diseases.People eating food contaminated by Listeria monocytogenes will lead to meningitis,osteomyelitis and other diseases.The mortality rate of diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes infection is extremely high,reaching 20%~30%.Therefore,the research on Listeria monocytogenes has received increasing attention.In recent years,in many countries,it has been listed as one of several foodborne pathogens that the health authorities focus on testing.In this study,the microbiological characteristics,epidemiology,main virulence factors and inhibition methods of Listeria monocytogenes were reviewed to provide the basis for the research of Listeria monocytogenes.
