摘要
"食品微生物检验学"作为食品质量与安全相关专业的核心课程,具有很强的实践性和应用性。结合ADDIE模型,对课程进行分析、设计、开发、实施和评价5步改革,有利于创建先进的教学模式,切实提高教学质量和学生的实践能力,为培养应用型人才奠定基础。
Food Microbiology Test is known as one of the core courses for food quality and safety students.This course mainly cultivates students’practical and application abilities.ADDIE model was used to reform the course based on five steps Analyze,Design,Develop,Implement,and Evaluate.This paper was helpful to establish advanced teaching mode,improve teaching quality and students’practical ability,and lay the foundation for cultivating the applied talents of students.
